Designed for both individuals and teams, courses run weekly with flexible dates and a maximum of 10 trainees per session, ensuring personalised, hands-on learning.
Participants receive comprehensive training in all aspects of professional coffee preparation, from coffee origins and espresso extraction to milk texturing, drink preparation, equipment maintenance and efficient barista workflow. The course also includes Barista Skills & a HACCP Level 1 Food Safety Certification.
